1. Custom Orders & Allergies: While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, including dietary restrictions and allergies, please note that all products are prepared in a shared kitchen. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution when ordering.
    
2. Order Accuracy & Modifications: We strive to fulfill all orders as accurately as possible. However, due to product availability and seasonal variations, substitutions may be made. If you have any specific requests or concerns regarding ingredients, please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
    
3. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the event of any unforeseen supply shortages or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute items with equivalent products of equal or higher value.
    
4. Delivery & Pickup: Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery or pickup time to receive the order. We are not responsible for items that are not picked up or delivered on time.
    
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy: The deposit fee is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your order, the deposit can be applied to a future order if rescheduled within 30 days of the original date. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
    
6. Freshness & Handling: All boards are made fresh to order and should be enjoyed within the day of delivery or pickup. We recommend consuming your charcuterie board within 4-6 hours of receipt for optimal freshness. Pour Man's Platter is not responsible for any products that are left out too long or improperly stored.
    
7. Photography & Representation: The images of our products are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to ensure that all photos are representative of the actual products, variations in color, design, and ingredient composition may occur.
